Hi, I'm Tina Erickson, owner of Buff's Fine Foods, LLC. I produce and distribute a specialty appetizer named Matu's Antipasto. Antipasto is an Italian word meaning "before the meal". We have combined cauliflower, green pepper, onions, mushrooms black and stuffed green olives, shrimp and tuna fish, which is slowly cooked in a robost tomato sauce. This unique combination gives you an explosion of delicious flavors in your mouth when served cold on crackers.
